We at Be More Healthy strive to provide high-quality, fresh, and nutritious meals to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change, and we offer the following refund policy in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions

CancellationIf you cancel your meal plan subscription at least 48 hours before the start of your delivery schedule, you are eligible for a full refund. Damaged or Incorrect Meals: If the meals delivered are damaged or spoiled please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions

Late CancellationCancellations made less than 48 hours before the first scheduled delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Partial ConsumptionOnce the meal plan has started, or meals have been consumed or partially consumed, no refund will be issued for those days. Delivery Issues Outside Our ControlWe cannot offer refunds for issues such as incorrect delivery details provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
Refund Process

Changes to the Policy

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Compromised QualityIf you receive a meal that does not meet our quality standards (e.g., spoiled or damaged), you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Cancellations and Modifications
CancellationsOnce an order has been processed, no refunds will be provided, except in cases where the quality of food is compromised. ModificationsAny changes to your meal plan (e.g., delivery schedule, meal preferences) can be made up to 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Changes requested less than 48 hours before delivery may not be guaranteed.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method. If you do not receive your refund within the stated time frame, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Quality Guarantee

Our team ensures that all meals are delivered fresh and in excellent condition. If you believe the quality of your meal has been compromised, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will provide a solution, either through a refund or a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

At Be More Healthy, we strive to offer flexibility and convenience to our clients while ensuring that our fresh, nutritious meals are prepared and delivered seamlessly. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand how we handle meal plan cancellations.

Cancellation Notice
Advance Notice RequiredTo cancel your meal plan subscription, we require at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery. This ensures that we can adjust our meal preparation accordingly Same-Day CancellationsCancellations made on the day of the scheduled delivery will not be accepted as meals have already been prepared. No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations.
Refunds on Cancellations
No RefundsOnce a meal plan has commenced and deliveries have begun, cancellations will not result in refunds unless the quality of food is compromised (refer to our Refund Policy for details). Credit OptionIf you choose to cancel after the plan has started, no refunds will be issued. However, you may receive a credit for unused meal deliveries that can be applied toward future orders within a 30-day period.
Modifying a Plan
Meal Plan AdjustmentsIf you need to pause or modify your meal plan (e.g., changing delivery dates, meal preferences), we require at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled delivery. Modifications requested with less notice may not be guaranteed.
Long-Term Cancellations
Pausing a PlanClients who are traveling or unable to receive deliveries for an extended period may request to pause their meal plan for up to 30 days. Pausing must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance and any remaining deliveries will resume after the pause period.
